We were falling behind on bids and I didn’t have time to keep up with takeoffs myself. Brought on an estimator through Get Ninja and it’s been solid so far. Guy already knew PlanSwift and Bluebeam, so there wasn’t much back and forth. We just showed him how we price things and he picked it up quick. What I liked is they actually helped clean up how we were doing our bids too, not just throw someone in. Now we’re getting more bids out without me staying up late doing it.
