Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Real Estate Assistant to provide administrative and client support to our real estate team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating property listings, handling client communications, and ensuring that transactions run smoothly from start to finish.

 

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate or administrative support, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist with preparing, reviewing, and managing property listings and marketing materials
● Coordinate showings, open houses, and client meetings
● Maintain client databases, track leads, and support follow-up communications
● Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and partners
● Prepare and organize documents for transactions, contracts, and closings
● Update CRM systems and ensure accurate records of listings and client interactions
● Support social media and online marketing efforts for property promotion
● Collaborate with agents, brokers, and third parties (e.g., lenders, title companies, inspectors) to ensure smooth transaction flow

Qualifications:

● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate, customer service, or administrative support
● Familiarity with real estate processes, MLS systems, and transaction management platforms preferred
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and social media platforms
● Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
● Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
● Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving approach

Technical Requirements:

● Reliable computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
● Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (wired connection preferred)
● Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
● Working Webcam
● USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
