We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, processes, and building a positive workplace culture.
● Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
● Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
● Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies
● Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
● Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed
● Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management
● Atleast 2 years of proven experience in HR or a related administrative role
● Understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred (but not required):
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
● Experience in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives
● USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

● Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
● Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
● Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
● Semi-monthly pay (every 5th & 20th of the month)
