Graphics Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms to support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who has a strong eye for design, enjoys collaborating with others, and is eager to contribute fresh, innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize and design creative materials such as social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, presentations, posters, and other marketing collateral
● Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives

● Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and layouts to produce professional results
● Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver modern and innovative designs
● Prepare final design files for production and ensure accuracy in details
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

● Atleast 2 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
● Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills
● Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
● Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred (but not required):

● Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX design
● Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content design

Technical Requirements:

● USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
● Working Webcam

● Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
● Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
● Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
