Administrative Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

 

As a Administrative Virtual Assistant, you will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle emails, maintain records, and assist with research or reporting. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by supporting different functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

● Calendar and email management

● Data entry and online research
● Document creation and file management
● Responding to emails or customer inquiries
● Social media management (posting, scheduling, engagement)
● Creating reports or presentations
● CRM or database updates
● Basic bookkeeping or invoicing
● Other admin or back-office support tasks

Qualifications:

● At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, Canva, or similar
● Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision
● Stable internet connection, working PC/laptop, and a quiet work environment

Technical Requirements:

● USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
● Working Webcam
● Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
● Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
● Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
